All prices are in U.S. dollars.

All stamps are guaranteed sound and genuine unless otherwise described. Stamps incorrectly identified or improperly described may be returned for full refund or credit. Any stamp may be returned for refund or credit within 14 days. There will be a 10% restocking fee.

Shipping

Postage, handling and insurance is charged on all material sent through the mail according to the following scale:

Invoice total $0 - $40.00 ...$2.00

Invoice total $40.01 - $100.00 ...$4.00

Invoice total $100.01 - $150.00 ...$6.00

Invoice total $150.01 - $200.00 ...$8.00

Invoice total over $200.00 ...$12.00

Orders over $200.00 will be sent by registered mail. Additional postage and handling will be charged for heavy or bulky items such as year sets, mixtures, collections, etc.

Taxes

Canadian residents will be charged GST (5%) on the total invoice amount.
Quebec residents will be charged GST (5%) and PST (7.5%) on the total invoice amount.

PayPal is the easiest and safest way to use your credit card to pay for online purchases, and is entirely free for buyers. You do not need to have a Paypal account. Simply follow the instructions on the screen at checkout. Customers in Canada and the US may order by mail, phone or email and pay with a personal cheque if they prefer. Foreign customers must pay through Paypal or make other payment arrangements.
