All prices are in U.S. dollars. All stamps are guaranteed sound and genuine unless otherwise described. Stamps incorrectly identified or improperly described may be returned for full refund or credit. Any purchase may be returned for refund or credit within 14 days. There will be a 10% restocking fee.

Shipping

Postage, handling and insurance is charged on all material sent through the mail according to the following basic scale:

Orders over $200.00 will be sent by registered mail at no extra cost. Registration for lesser amounts must be requested. An additional amount may be required to fully cover the actual shipping costs for heavy or bulky items such as post cards, covers, year sets, mixtures, collections, etc.

Sales Tax for Canadian Residents

We must charge Canadian residents the appropriate sales tax (GST, PST or HST) depending on the province in which he or she resides.

Payment

PayPal is the easiest and safest way to use your credit card to pay for online purchases, and is entirely free for buyers. You do not need to have a Paypal account. Simply follow the instructions on the screen at checkout.

Customers in Canada and the US may order by mail, phone or email and pay with a personal cheque if they prefer. Foreign customers must pay through Paypal or make other payment arrangements.
