How to order 

When you are ready to order, fill in all fields and submit this form. We will calculate the total including postage, handling and insurance, and add on any applicable taxes. For more information on how we calculate these charges, click on the info button. We will then contact you to confirm your order.

Payment options 

1. After receiving order confirmation, you may pay instantly by credit card through .  (See the info page for details and a link to sign up with Paypal)  This is the fastest way to complete the transaction, as we ship immediately upon receipt of payment.

2. You may also choose to pay by cheque (Canadian or U.S. banks only) or money order through the mail, in which case you must print the confirmation e-mail we send you and include it with your payment. Allow two weeks for personal cheques to clear.

Please note that there is a bug in Netscape 6.x which prevents this form from functioning properly. No error message is shown and the thank-you message is displayed but we do not receive the order. This bug has been fixed in Netscape 7. Please contact us by email or phone if you do not receive a confirmation email within 2 to 3 business days of your order.
